Julie Oxner serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the Promotion Optimization Institute, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Julie was the Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence at Acosta Group from August 2021 to October 2024, where efforts focused on building a Center of Excellence in the Business Intelligence Department following the Impact Group acquisition. Julie's earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Insights and Analytics at Impact Group, Vice President of Operations at Simpactful, and various leadership positions at IRI, Ignite Farm, Diamond Foods, and Procter & Gamble, where substantial contributions to business growth and team development were made. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Arizona State University.
