Eloy Ortega

Eloy Ortega is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and engineering management, currently serving as Project Manager at Promotora y Desarrolladora Mexicana S.A. de C.V. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ortega worked as Construction Manager at Celular Milenium, overseeing significant projects including the Vía Dorada residential towers and Distum Interlomas.
