María Ximena Campana Seminario

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various roles within the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro, a Nutritionist role at Consultorio Particular, and a university instructor position in a training school, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
