Ramon Morante

Ramon Morante is a human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Jefe de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos at Promperu since January 2023, Ramon previously held the position of Jefe de Unidad de Recursos Humanos at OTASS Perú for a brief period in late 2022. Ramon has a long tenure at Promperu, having served in the same HR leadership role from January 2015 to June 2022. Ramon holds a Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos from OBS Business School (2014-2015), an Especialización en Recursos Humanos from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2005-2006), and a Licenciado en Administracion de Empresas from Universidad Ricardo Palma (1994-2001).
