Farz Sokhansanj

Farz Sokhansanj is the current Vice President of Business Development at Prompt.io. Prior to this, they served as the Business Development Director at NationBuilder from February 2013 to March 2020. In this role, they managed the growth of NationBuilder's certified developer and public application ecosystems. This included prospecting future partners, scoping out API/webhook integrations, arranging partner reseller/referral networks, product managing and troubleshooting API related issues that inhibited partners, and facilitating enterprise sales opportunities amongst the NationBuilder sales division and ecosystem partners.

Sokhansanj's role was cross-functional, requiring him to collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership teams. Part of their work focused on sales enablement and partner management, while other elements included creating financial forecast models to predict outcomes for resource intensive work and managing contractual negotiations with COGS vendors.

Prior to their time at NationBuilder, Sokhansanj served as the Founder of SoftLAW from September 2012 to February 2013. Before that, they were an Associate Attorney at an insurance defense law firm from June 2012 to September 2012.

Farz Sokhansanj attended Coppell High School. Farz then attended Texas Tech University, where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Finally, they attended the University of Miami School of Law, where they received their Doctor of Law. Farz is certified by the Florida Bar Association as an Attorney.
