Michelle Pelletier is an experienced professional in product management and executive leadership, currently serving as the Director of Product Experience at Promptly Patient Experience Suite since April 2025. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at MDprospects from May 2012 to April 2025, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Product Development, and Director of Product Development and Integration. In these roles, Michelle focused on driving growth and helping customers capture and convert opportunities into successes. Earlier career experience includes a position as Product Manager for MDprospects at Glacial Multimedia, Inc. and customer service roles at Creative Office Pavilion from February 2005 to June 2012.
