Hunter A. Davis

Mr. Davis has spent more than ten years in the investment banking, private equity and public equity investing industries, primarily focused on the healthcare services sector. He has successfully advised early-stage and high-growth healthcare companies as well as investing alongside and teamed with entrepreneurs and management teams to meaningfully expand their businesses, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Prior to serving in his role as President & CEO at PromptMed Urgent Care, Mr. Davis worked as an Investment Associate in the Healthcare Group at Pamlico Capital, a Charlotte-based private equity firm managing $2.0 billion in equity capital. At Pamlico Capital, Mr. Davis evaluated and structured investments in privately-held growth companies while working closely with management teams to execute their business plans and help maximize shareholder value. Mr. Davis started his career in New York City in the investment banking industry, first in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Citigroup Global Markets and subsequently in the Healthcare Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Davis currently serves on the Membership Committee of the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA). He received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
