Hector Ortiz A. has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management. Hector started their career in 1987 as a Laboratory Coordinator and went on to hold various roles such as Factory Quality Manager, Regional Quality Coordinator, and Regional Laboratory Manager at Nestlé. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Nestlé before becoming the Corporate Director of Quality & Environment at Pronaca in 2016. In 2014, they also worked as a Senior Consultant and Technical Advisor in Quality Systems. Their experience includes managing quality systems, overseeing audits and verifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Hector Ortiz A. completed their education in 1994 at Frank Cardelle: Asociación Colombiana de Psicología humanista y afines, where they earned a degree in Leadership and Creativity. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Chemistry and obtained a degree in Chemistry in 1986.
