Juan Carlos Navarrete González has a range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Juan Carlos started their career in 1997 as a Pasante de Recursos Humanos at Radio Guayaquil, where they assisted in the development of job manuals, payroll control, and employee selection. Juan Carlos then worked at Instalnet S.A. as an Administrator and Assistant in Human Resources, responsible for branch administration, payroll, and staff selection.

In 2001, Juan Carlos joined Pronaca as an Assistant in Organizational Development, overseeing the selection process and coordinating internal and external training events. Juan Carlos then took on roles as Assistant Regional Corporate in Organizational Development and Jefe de Desarrollo Organizacional, where they managed various HR functions such as personnel hiring, training logistics, and induction processes.

From 2005 to 2008, Juan Carlos served as the Head of Human Resources at Trebol Verde - Hanaska, where they were responsible for managing HR operations for the company. Juan Carlos then joined CrecosCorp S.A. as the National Coordinator and Head of Selection and Human Development, working on commercial projects for Créditos Económicos S.A. and Dismayor S.A.

In 2011, Juan Carlos joined Grupo Comercial Juan Eljuri Cía. Ltda., first as the Head of Selection and Human Development and later as the Ecuador-Peru Human Development Manager, handling various commercial companies under the group.

In 2012, they worked at Comandato S.A. as the National Head of Organizational Development and Internal Communication, managing development projects and communication plans, as well as overseeing selection and training.

From 2013 to 2017, Juan Carlos served as the CEO Consultant of Human Talent at Rekursosa Servicios y Asesorías Integrales en TH, specializing in personnel selection, climate surveys, and talent development plans.

In 2017, they joined Pronaca again, this time as the Regional Head of Talent Human Resources for the Costa Region, supervising operations in several areas and locations.

In 2018, they became the National Head of Human Talent for the Animal Nutrition, Agricultural, Pet, and Canning businesses at Pronaca, overseeing commercial activities and production.

In 2020, Juan Carlos took on the role of National Head of Human Talent for the Pecuarias Business at Pronaca, managing marketing and financial planning areas.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Labor Relations / VP. Organizational Development / Human Talent Directorate at Pronaca, responsible for legal compliance, leading projects to improve employee productivity and company efficiency, and managing welfare programs and projects.

Throughout their career, Juan Carlos has demonstrated a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in talent acquisition, training, organizational development, and labor relations.

Juan Carlos Navarrete González obtained a certification in Organizational Change Management from Pronaca in 2023. In 2019, they completed a certification in Mentoring from To Be Company. In 2018, they received a certification in Organizational Ethics and Risk Reduction from Amitai, and they obtained a certification in the New Model of Organizational Competencies and Lominger Methodology from Korn Ferry in 2017. Additionally, they hold a certification in Leadership in Conversational Skills from Human Perspectives International HPI, which they earned in 2017. In 2015, they completed certifications in Effective Techniques of Assessment Center from ADGHE Asociacion de Gestión Humana del Ecuador and Transformational Leadership "Mi Pronaca" from BET LATAM. Juan Carlos also completed a course in Strategic Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2012. Juan Carlos'seducational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Selection and Development, from the Universidad Estatal Santiago de Guayaquil, which they completed between 2000 and 2006.
