Samantha H. has held various roles in the marketing, sales, and social media fields. Samantha began their career in 2016 as a Sales Associate for Mastermind Toys. In 2019, they joined ProNavigator as a Marketing Intern, and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator and then Senior Marketing Specialist. That same year, they also began working for Dejero as a Social Media Specialist. In 2020, they returned to Mastermind Toys as a Seasonal Sales Associate.

Samantha H. attended Conestoga College from 2017 to 2020, where they studied Business Administration - Marketing with Co-op. Samantha then attended Humber College from 2020 to 2022 to pursue a degree in Real Estate. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Salesforce, HubSpot Academy, and HubSpot Academy Academy, including Sales Cloud for Sales Reps (September 2018), Inbound Certification (February 2020), HubSpot Social Media Certification (July 2019), and Email Marketing (October 2018).
