Martha Fan has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Martha began their career at SEARS, Roebuck & Company as a Regional Credit Manager in 2001. In 2004, they moved to CBNA, Citigrou as a Sr. Operations Manager. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Staples as a Quality Assurance and Training Manager, Director Global Operations, and Senior Operations Manager. During their time at Staples, they managed 80 staff members and was responsible for $110MM+ in accounts receivable. Martha also implemented and managed a quality and training program, partnered with the CSAT team, and was an active member of the process re-engineering project team. In 2011, they joined Care.com as a Sr. Director Global Operations and stayed with the company until 2021. Currently, they are a Sr. Director of Community Management at Proof of Learn.
Martha Fan attended the University of Arizona from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing.
