Margaret Varona

Margaret Varona has an extensive work experience in financial operations and IT analysis. Margaret started as an IT Analyst at RWD Technologies in 1999, later transitioning to Senior IT Analyst at Fannie Mae in 2005. In 2007, they became the Director of Financial Operations at Beach Street Consulting. Moving forward, they held the role of Co-Founder at ServingTalent from 2015 to 2019. Most recently, Margaret served as the Chief Financial Officer at Arborview Capital from 2016 to 2022 before taking on the same position at PROOF in 2022.

Margaret Varona obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language and Literature and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. Margaret then went on to earn a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2008. Margaret Varona is also a Certified Public Accountant.
