Sean Smith

Sean Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in electronic messaging and cybersecurity solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Sales Engineer at Proofpoint since June 2018, Sean builds strong customer relationships to address their security challenges, positioning Proofpoint as a strategic partner. Prior to this role, Sean held the position of Sr. Messaging Engineer at CorVel Corporation for over a decade, overseeing all aspects of electronic messaging and compliance. Sean's career also includes significant roles at UPS as a Sr. Systems Admin, leading Exchange and Active Directory consolidation, and XPO Logistics as a Sr. Exchange Admin. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon.
