Maya Urman Bahar

Maya Urman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership within the technology and FinTech sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Proov.ai since December 2022, Maya is focused on automating the validation process of Artificial Intelligence in the FinTech regulation market. Prior to this role, Maya held prominent positions at Jasper, where responsibilities included General Manager of Israel and VP of Product & Programs, and has provided product strategy consulting for various early-stage startups. Maya co-founded Campus TLV 4 Moms, promoting female entrepreneurship in technology, and held multiple leadership roles at SAP, specializing in social intelligence solutions. Maya's career began in technical advising at ICQ, followed by roles at Ness and Orange, where product management expertise was developed. Maya holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies, and is currently furthering education at The Open University of Israel.
