Bill Rice

Bill Rice has worked in various roles since 1997. Bill began their career as a Project Manager for Security & Call Intercept at Iridium. Bill then moved on to become a Program Manager for Information Warfare at Litton-TASC. In 1999, they joined DeepGreen Bank as Director of Operations & Secondary Markets, where they helped lead the technical infrastructure build, OTS and FDIC bank approval, secondary and capital markets. In 2004, they took on the role of VP of National Home Equity at Quicken Loans, where they engineered the EquityOnline platform and grew the Home Loan Benefits Program to the most profitable online lead channel. In 2008, they joined SmartHippo as a Member of the Advisory Board, assisting the leadership team with sparking online lead generation innovation, product strategy, and raising capital. In 2012, they co-founded and became Chairman of the Board of Elders at Life Bridge Church in Taylor, MI. In 2016, they founded Velocity Lending, building a fast growing, entrepreneurial, high-tech mortgage company. In 2022, they became CMO of ProPair, a sales and marketing operations optimization platform, and Principal Consultant of BR Strategic Advisory Group, a strategic advisory group focused on engaging with start-ups and growth-phase companies in Fintech.

Bill Rice has extensive experience in various roles since 1997. Bill has worked in project management, program management, operations and secondary markets, national home equity, and advisory board roles. Bill has also founded several companies and led the growth of Life Bridge Church. Bill currently works as CMO of ProPair and Principal Consultant of BR Strategic Advisory Group.

Bill Rice attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2003.
