Bridget Scanlon Kidd has a diverse work history, starting in 2004 as a Scheduler/Constituent Service Representative for State Senator Connie Williams. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Government Affairs Analyst for the Realtors Legislative Alliance and later as a Government Affairs Director for the Home Builders Associations. In 2008, they became the Executive Vice President for HBA of Bucks & Montgomery Counties, where they were responsible for all management and administrative components of the organization, fundraising, budgeting, and public relations. In 2012, they transitioned to the Propane Education & Research Council, where they held several roles, including Director, Residential & Commercial Markets, and eventually Senior Vice President, Industry Relations. In their current role, they lead industry initiatives, collaborates with industry groups, and engages directly with stakeholders to support the development and implementation of resources and services.

Bridget Scanlon Kidd completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Villanova University, attending from 1999 to 2003. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended The Marist School from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Organization Development from Saint Joseph's University, graduating in 2013.
