Gavin Hale

Gavin Hale is an experienced executive in the field of product development and business growth, currently serving as Director of Product Development and Power Generation and Vice President of Business Development at the Propane Education & Research Council since December 2022. With a strong background in new business development and strategy, Gavin has previously held key positions at DEUTZ Corporation, Power Solutions International, and Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included leading teams, driving sales growth, and fostering international partnerships. Earlier roles included general management at Power Great Lakes and program management at Perkins Engines, where Gavin successfully oversaw significant engine sales and facilitated product launches.
