Emmanuel Haye

Emmanuel HAYE has extensive experience in financial management and development, currently serving as Deputy Head of Financial Institutions for Africa and the Middle East at Proparco since September 2015. HAYE previously held leadership roles, including Deputy Director at AFD's Mozambique office from September 2011 to August 2015, and represented Proparco in Tunisia from September 2007 to August 2011. Early in HAYE's career, significant positions involved microfinance in Madagascar and various roles within AFD's financial direction and corporate affairs. HAYE began professional training as a banking auditor with Deloitte France from September 1994 to December 1996. Education includes a Master's degree from EDHEC Business School, which has been pursued since September 1990.
