Deborah Simone Elias

Deborah Simone Elias has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving in the Atendimento role at Propeg since November 2021. Prior to this position, Deborah was the Gerente de Marcas e Atendimento at B2, where responsibilities included merging the brand area with CW. With a solid background as Marketing Manager at Xtrax and consulting experience at Porto Seguro, Deborah has also led the marketing department for Lansinoh Laboratories in Brazil and acted as Head of Marketing at Agência Drox. Early career roles at Megatech Assessoria Comercial and numerous internships provided foundational experience in marketing and promotional campaigns. Deborah holds a degree in Social Communication from ESPM, an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and an extension in High Performance Digital Marketing Management from ComSchool International.
