Kelly Boucher Morris

Kelly Boucher Morris currently serves as Vice President of Client Services at Propel America since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly had an extensive career at Relay Graduate School of Education from June 2012 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Chief Student Services Officer, Managing Director of National Operations, National Director of Operations, and Manager of Operations for the NYC Teaching Fellows Program. Kelly also worked with District of Columbia Public Schools from March 2011 to May 2012 in various capacities, including Manager of the Office of School Turnaround and Project Manager for Turnaround Schools. Earlier experience includes a fellowship with Education Pioneers and roles as Fellow Advisor at NYC Teaching Fellows and Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education. Kelly's earlier career includes positions as Development Consultant at Visions in Action and Development Associate at Homes for the Homeless. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and Strategy from Duke University, an MSEd from Brooklyn College, and a BA in Sociology from Smith College.
