Monica Bohanon is an experienced claims professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Claim Representative for UFG Insurance since October 2015, Monica previously held the role of Claims Supervisor. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Field Staff Adjuster III at Assurant Specialty Property and Business Development Manager at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, Broomfield, Arvada. Monica's career began at Allstate as a Field Claims Representative and extended through roles at The Hartford as a Senior Field Claims Specialist. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, completed in 1994, and graduated from Peoria Notre Dame High School in 1990.
