Jorge Alvarez

Jorge Alvarez is currently the Design & Operations Lead at Propelland. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Managing Director MX at Kettera Financial Solutions from January 2020 to March 2020. Jorge has also previously worked as the CEO of BNP Paribas Personal Finance in Mexico from July 2013 to October 2017, where they were responsible for the company's business in Mexico. During their time as CEO, Jorge successfully restructured the company to an auto finance company, executed an aggressive growth plan, and improved efficiency by 580%. Jorge also negotiated and signed a private label agreement to be KIA Finance in Mexico, as well as commercial agreements with Asociación Mexicana de Distribuidores Ford AC and the Asociación de Concesionarios de Automóviles Suzuki AC. Jorge has extensive experience in the automotive financing market and is known for their sound control environment based on an operational risk matrix.

Jorge Alvarez has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from IDEA and an Engineer's degree in Industrial from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
