Saranya MK is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success & Escalations at Propelld since January 2023, Saranya previously held the position of Client Success Manager at Flyte from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Saranya led social media support and customer success efforts at Freo and MoneyTap from July 2018 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as Team Lead - Operations & CSM at LONGMAN E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED, Customer Relationship Management Executive at Furlenco, and Process Associate for UK clients at AXA. Saranya earned a BSc in Computer Science from Teresian College Mysore and completed pre-university studies at St Philomena College.
