Jody Osman

Jody Osman is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Propeller Group since April 2005, Jody is tasked with driving growth both in the UK and internationally while advising clients on their growth strategies. Previously, Jody held various leadership roles including Group Director of Business Growth and Founder and Managing Director of Upfront Business Development, which became part of Propeller Group in 2018. As Co-Founder of The BD100, Jody plays a pivotal role in recognizing top business developers in the UK marketing industry. Jody also founded Stay Upstream, which was acquired by Winmo, and co-founded Silence Media, successfully establishing its market presence before an exit in 2013. Earlier career experiences include business development roles at DMS, Paul Simons and Partners, and WNB, contributing to significant success across multiple well-known clients. Jody holds a BA Hons in Business Studies/Marketing from Bournemouth University.
