AJ Oberland is currently the VP of Operations at Propeller, a management consulting firm specializing in delivering impact-driven solutions to help businesses thrive in change. Prior to joining Propeller, AJ held roles at Accenture, including Managing Director, Director, and Consultant. AJ graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
