LuLu Chiu is a seasoned design and innovation professional with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Lead Innovation Consultant at Propellerfish since February 2023, LuLu has previously held significant roles, including Owner & Designer at lulu, Senior Innovation Consultant at EPAM Continuum, and Director of Experience Design at VMLY&R. With a strong background in human-centered design and design thinking, LuLu has successfully led teams, engaged with major clients like Ford, and contributed to innovative projects in digital experiences, UI/UX, and branding across multiple industries. LuLu's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Sunderland and a Higher Diploma in Multimedia Design & Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
