Jeff Riddall

Jeff Riddall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at OneLocal since October 2021, Jeff previously held the position of VP Product and Customer Success at Mintent, where Jeff developed the product vision for an enterprise SaaS content marketing platform. Prior to that, Jeff spent over seven years at gShift, progressing from Client Success Manager to VP Product, leading product development and strategy. Jeff's career also includes roles in sales and business development at companies such as N49 Interactive, Ektron, Lyris Inc., and Hot Banana Software. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science with High Honours from Carleton University.
