Paulina Hernández Jiménez

Paulina Hernández Jiménez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paulina most recently worked as a People & Culture Coordinator at Proper starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were an HR Sr. Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding from December 2018 to June 2021, where they focused on Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Culture. Paulina also held positions at Walmart, including Especialista de Equidad de Género/Diversidad e Inclusión and Subgerente de Desarrollo de Talento, from August 2017 to July 2018 and from May 2016 to August 2017, respectively. Furthermore, they worked at Financiera Planfia as a Coordinadora de Capacitación y Desarrollo Organizacional from September 2015 to March 2016, where they were involved in developing organizational models and profiles, obtaining certifications, and managing training and development initiatives. Additionally, they held various roles at AT&T and Nextel de México, including Líder de Planes de Carrera y Sucesión, Supervisora de Desarrollo Organizacional, and Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional. At Nextel de México, they also served as an Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección and a Becaria de Reclutamiento y Selección. Paulina Hernández Jiménez pursued their higher education at the Universidad Panamericana. From 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy. Following this, they enrolled in the same institution and completed a Master's degree program in Human Capital Management from 2011 to 2014.
