Sandra Bustínzar

Sandra Bustínzar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra started their career at PwC Mexico as an Auditor from 2000 to 2002. Sandra then joined MSA - The Safety Company and held multiple roles, including HRBP - Human Resources Manager and Accounting and Payroll Assistant. At MSA, they managed HR operations for the company's Mexico and Colombia operations, overseeing employee satisfaction, HR administration, labor relations, recruitment, training and development, EHS, and shared services. Sandra also handled international and domestic accounts payable and payroll processes. After MSA, Sandra worked as a Human Resources Manager at Diehl Controls, where they were responsible for HR management for their North American operations, including engagement, employee satisfaction, HR administration, labor relations, training and development, recruitment, and shared services. Sandra then joined Armonía Laboral as a Freelance Consultant, providing their expertise as a consultant. Currently, Sandra is working at Proper AI as a Senior Corporate Accountant and HRBP - Payroll and Compensations, where they manage payroll and compensations for the company.

Sandra Bustínzar's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014.
