Brian De Lowe

Brian De Lowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. As President and Co-Founder of Proper Hospitality since 2014, Brian leads corporate strategy and oversees the development of the Proper brand while managing operational divisions and initiating strategic partnerships. Concurrently, Brian also serves as President and Co-Founder of The Kor Group, focusing on real estate acquisitions. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Viceroy Hotel Group, where Brian directed business development initiatives, and Associate at Buchanan Street Partners. Brian is an active member of YPO and advises early-stage venture capital endeavors at Derive Ventures. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and further studies at USC Marshall School of Business.
