Jonathan Wood

Jonathan Wood serves as the Vice President of Law and Policy at PERC since July 2017 and has held the position of Research Fellow at FREEcology, focusing on libertarian environmental topics. Prior to these roles, Jonathan Wood worked as a Senior Attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, where involvement included litigating environmental and land use cases and participating in trial and appellate litigation. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Clerk and Judicial Intern, providing legal research and writing, as well as internship positions with Cato Institute and Weil Gotshal and Manges. Jonathan Wood holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
