Isabel Duffy

Isabel Duffy is a Principal at Northrop Consulting Engineers, with a career spanning over a decade in various engineering roles, including Business Development Manager and Structural Group Manager. Isabel has a strong track record in project delivery as a lead structural engineer for projects valued up to $250 million. In addition to current roles at Tomorrow's Women in Construction, Australian Framework for Design Services, and the Property Council of Australia, Isabel has served in leadership positions within Engineers Australia, championing the development of young engineering professionals.
