Vince Vettese

Vince Vettese has more than 25 years of experience in the P&C industry. He joined PDA in 2015, where he’s held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations and Vice President of Compliance and Planning, before being promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2018.

In his current role, Vince oversees the operations of all PDA’s corporate and franchise claims operations. This includes efforts related to continuous improvement, customer advocacy and process enhancements that create cost savings and an exceptional customer experience.

Prior to joining PDA, Vince served in claims leadership roles for Nationwide Insurance, MetLife and GEICO.
