Lucy Churkovich

Lucy Churkovich is an accomplished Wellbeing Manager at PEXA since May 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's wellbeing strategy in conjunction with the People Experience strategy. Previously, Lucy served in various roles at Marks and Spencer from October 2017 to November 2020, including Workplace Experience & Wellbeing Manager and Finance Manager for M&S.com and International. Additional experience includes positions as Finance Manager at Urban Outfitters and MYER, as well as roles in financial analysis and control at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and Deloitte Australia. Lucy holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Arts from Monash University, complemented by an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
