Gavin Morrison

Gavin Morrison is the current Director of PMG Affordable at Property Markets Group. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate at CBRE, and before that, a Logistics Officer at the United States Naval Academy. Gavin has also served as an Auxiliaries Officer (Mechanical Engineer) in the United States Navy.

Morrison began their career in 2005 as an Auxiliaries Officer (Mechanical Engineer) in the United States Navy. Gavin served in this role for three years before being promoted to Logistics Officer at the United States Naval Academy in 2009. Gavin served in this role for two years before moving to CBRE in 2011.

At CBRE, Morrison provided logistical support for the Brigade of Midshipmen (+4,000 students). Gavin also coordinated all football game flyovers and annual Blue Angels shows. In 2014, they left CBRE to pursue a Master's in Real Estate Development at Columbia University.

After graduating from Columbia University in 2015, Morrison joined Property Markets Group as the Director of PMG Affordable. In this role, they are responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and consolidating global capital markets single asset sales, portfolio sales, lease, finance, and advisory deals worth $100M and 250M U.S. or greater.

Gavin Morrison has a BS from the United States Naval Academy and a high school degree from Rye Country Day School. Gavin also has a Master's Degree in Architecture and Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.

They work with Delilah Phelan - Director, HR, Rodrigo Pintos - Director, Capital Markets, and Jon Blank - Director, Capital Markets. Their manager is Kevin Maloney, President & CEO.
