Nick Mcmanus

Nick Mcmanus is the current Senior Director of Construction at Property Markets Group. Prior to this, they were a Project Engineer at W.E. O'Neil Construction from June 2016 to February 2018. Nick has also worked as Lead Energy Analyst at RGS Energy from September 2013 to March 2016, where they were responsible for leading a team of analysts and coordinating cross-departmental solutions. Nick has also interned at various companies, including DIS – Danish Institute for Study Abroad, Ecosyste.ms, Colorado Conservation Trust, and AlternativeConsumer.com.

Nick Mcmanus has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and also studied abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.

Nick Mcmanus reports to Kevin Maloney, President & CEO. They are on a team with Evan Schapiro - Managing Director, Acquisitions, Randy Marble - Director, Asset Management, and Delilah Phelan - Director, HR.
