Randy Marble

Randy Marble is currently the Director of Asset Management at Property Markets Group. Randy has been with the company since 2011, and in their current role, Randy is responsible for overseeing the management of PMG's assets.

Prior to their current role, Randy worked at Bank of America as a Client Manager and Personal Banker. Randy was rated as a top tiered banker in Manhattan, and was successful in sourcing over $20M in new deposits in a 12 month period. Randy excelled at Bank of America by analyzing clients banking products, cross selling financial solutions and increasing loans and originations. Randy was also responsible for educating clients on investment and additional financial services offered and referred to business partners.

Randy Marble has a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, an MBA from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, and a BBA in Finance, Economics from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Randy also has an Associate of Arts in Business from Feather River College. Their certifications include Beta Gamma Sigma in Member Pace University Chapter, Golden Key International Honour Society in Member- Pace University Chapter, Real Estate Financial Modeling in REFM Excel For Real Estate Certification, ARGUS Software in ARGUS ASC Certification, and HonorSociety.org in Member- Pace University Chapter.

They are on a team with Andrew Warman - Managing Director, Capital Markets, Matthew Martinez - Director, Marketing, and Brian Koles - Senior Director, Corporate Development. Randy Marble reports to Kevin Maloney, President & CEO.
