Eric Fallon is a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Property Reserve, Inc. Eric has a background in financial modeling and analysis of potential commercial real estate acquisitions, including Multifamily, Industrial, Hospitality, and Office assets. Prior to their current role, Eric held positions at Virtú Investments, U.S. Bank, Ivory Commercial, and Peak Capital Partners, where Eric gained experience in underwriting, acquisitions, and development analysis. Eric also served as a Private Wealth Management Operations Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Eric received their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
