Andy Finiasz, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting spanning over 20 years. Andy currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Property Resources Corporation since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as VP Finance & Controller at Dune Real Estate Partners starting in December 2014. Andy also has significant experience at EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager from October 2002 to December 2014. This diverse range of roles has allowed him to develop a comprehensive skill set and expertise in financial management.
Andy Finiasz, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Binghamton University from 1997 to 2001. Andy also holds a certification as a Certified Specialist of Occupancy - Public Housing (CSO-PH) from the National Center for Housing Management.
