Rania Ashour

Rania Ashour is a seasoned professional in customer experience, currently serving as the Group Director of Customer Experience at Property Finder since May 2021. Prior to this role, Rania held the position of Head of Customer Experience at CAFU from October 2019 to May 2021. Rania's extensive background includes significant roles at Teleperformance as Director of Implementations & Customer Experience Transformation, and multiple positions at Raya Contact Center, progressing from Programs Management Manager to Senior Manager of Programs Management. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Xceed, Barclays, Allianz, and Vodafone, beginning a career in customer service. Rania Ashour holds an MBA in Globalization from Maastricht School of Management and multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma from The American University in Cairo, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
