Terence Andrade

Terence Andrade, ACCA, has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience in various roles. Terence started their career at GAC Shipping as an Accountant, where they focused on tasks such as bank statement reconciliation, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and estimating service costs. Terence then moved on to United Arab Shipping Company (S.A.G.) as a Financial Accountant/Analyst, where they were responsible for journal entries, period close procedures, and preparing monthly P&L statements. Currently, Andrade is working at Property Finder, initially as a Senior Accountant, and later as a Finance Manager before being promoted to the role of Head of Finance AE. In these positions, they led key accounting functions, collaborated with the Finance Manager on budget planning and preparation, and submitted monthly variance analysis reports. Their work experience demonstrates a strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Terence Andrade, ACCA, studied Accounting and Finance at ACCA from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Annes High School, with a degree from St. Andrews College. Terence holds no additional certifications.
