Ed Stubbings currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at the British Emerging Manager Institute since June 2024, supporting fund and independent sponsors in building new firms and raising capital. As Managing Director at Ternion since September 2020, Ed provides capital and advisory solutions, including strategic advice on firm formation and capital raising. Ed is also an investor in PropertyLoop and Medeau, and previously held the position of Venture Partner at Stable from April 2023 to January 2024. Between November 2021 and October 2022, Ed was involved in Investor Relations at Sandbrook Capital, focusing on private equity and energy transformation. Prior roles include Industry Adviser at Time Partners Limited and Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey's Private Funds Group. Ed began a career in finance as a Vice President at BearTooth Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey, and previously served as Associate Director at UBS in the Private Funds Group. Ed holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Theology from Durham University, graduating in 2010.
