Dan Hnatkovskyy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dan is currently the CEO and Co-founder of NEWHOMESMATE, a digital marketplace that helps homebuyers search, compare, and buy new construction homes through data science analysis. In 2021, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community where top executives and entrepreneurs network and build professional skills. Previously, they founded Brainify B.V., a company providing innovative solutions for real estate development companies, where they were responsible for product vision, sales and market strategy, and company strategy. Dan also held executive positions in Preenster, serving as the Executive VP Sales and later as the CEO & Co-founder. In 2011, they founded and served as the Chief-in-editor of Be-sparkle.com, a blog about startups and advertising business in the Ukrainian language. Additionally, they had a brief role in the International economy and Investments department of the Lviv City Council in 2012. Overall, Dan has demonstrated their entrepreneurial mindset, leadership abilities, and expertise in real estate and sales.
Dan Hnatkovskyy pursued their education at two different institutions. From 2017 to 2019, they attended UCU Business School (LvBS) where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, although the specific years of enrollment were not mentioned.
In addition to their formal education, Dan Hnatkovskyy also acquired several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the Organizational Leadership certification from Harvard Business School Online. Dan also became a Judge at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards in February 2021 through Awards International. Moreover, Dan obtained the MLE certification from Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square in January 2021. Lastly, they completed the Design Thinking for Business Innovation certification on Coursera in March 2015.
