Richard Banks is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at PropertyMe since February 2023, Richard also operates as an Independent Business Owner at Developing Agility, where RG Scores was created. Previously, Richard held prominent roles at Willow, including Distinguished Engineer and Head of Platform Engineering and Data, where key responsibilities included driving technical vision and team collaboration. Additionally, Richard served as Principal Consultant at Readify (now Telstra Purple) and held various engineering positions across several organizations, beginning as a Developer in the early 1990s. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sydney and has a solid foundation in education and curriculum management from earlier roles in the tech industry.
