Andrew Shaw

Andrew Shaw currently serves as General Counsel at ProPharma, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple roles at Perspectum Ltd, including US Lead Counsel, Interim General Counsel, and Lead US Attorney from July 2021 to March 2024. Andrew also worked at Labcorp Drug Development as Managing Counsel from July 2019 to March 2024. From August 2012 to June 2019, Andrew was with Syneos Health, serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Business Legal Lead, as well as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Earlier, Andrew practiced at Life Sciences Law, PLLC as a Senior Associate from April 2010 to August 2012. Andrew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Politics from Wake Forest University.
