Capt K. Pooja Vasanth (Retd) has a long and varied work experience spanning from 2001 to 2022. Capt K. Pooja began her career as an HR Associate at Sage Design Systems Pvt Ltd in Bangalore in 2001. In 2002, she was commissioned into the Indian Army as a Captain and served in various roles such as Manpower Management, Inventory Control Management, Establishment of Institute and Office, Training Capsule, Planning and Conducting Recruitment Program, Event Management, and Liaison Officer. In 2007, they worked as an HR Executive at Wiquest Semiconductors India Pvt. Ltd. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Recruitment and Client Relationship Manager at Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS). Capt K. Pooja worked as Chief Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements from 2015 to 2022. She is currently serving as Senior Director - India Operations at Prophecy since 2022.

She obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Mgt and industrial Relations from Bharati Vidya Bhavan in Mumbai. In 2005, they completed a Diploma in Material Management from the Army College of Materials Management and a Diploma in Information Mgt Systems from the Army College of Materials Mgt, Jabalpur. Finally, in 2010-2012, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. In 2021, Capt K.
