Cesar Legendre

Cesar Legendre is an experienced individual who has worked in various roles in the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and numerical methods. With a background in engineering and a Ph.D. in Numerical Methods, Cesar has led teams in developing new technologies for noise prediction and has been involved in industrializing applications related to acoustics. He has strong skills in MLOps infrastructure development, data strategy, and software development for ML/AI applications. Cesar's work includes implementing large language models, AI components in computer vision, recommendation engines, and intelligence engines. He has a customer-centric approach and a strong understanding of machine learning and software development solutions. Currently working as an AI Architect at the European Commission, Cesar continues to excel in creating efficient MLOps infrastructure and deploying machine learning environments for testing and experimentation.
