Lily Abagyan is an experienced leader in service design, experience strategy, and innovation, currently serving as the Service Design Director in the Product Experience & Innovation group at Prophet since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lily held various positions at AKQA from May 2018 to May 2022, including Group Strategy Director and Strategy Director, focusing on user research, competitive analysis, design strategy, and innovation development.
