Lily Abagyan

Lily Abagyan is an experienced leader in service design, experience strategy, and innovation, currently serving as the Service Design Director in the Product Experience & Innovation group at Prophet since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lily held various positions at AKQA from May 2018 to May 2022, including Group Strategy Director and Strategy Director, focusing on user research, competitive analysis, design strategy, and innovation development. Experience at Apple from June 2014 to May 2018 included roles as Retail Experience Strategist and Retail Service Experience Strategist, where Lily contributed to service design for the in-store experience. Additional experience includes positions at Robbins Research International as a Product & Content Strategist and Vem Media Arts as Launch & Marketing Manager. Lily holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Biology and Film from Cornell University.
