Michaela Grimberg

Michaela works in Prophet’s Berlin office, where she is the director of strategy and operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A strategic and structured thinker, she helps Prophet define and implement regional strategies that lead to exceptional growth.

She specializes in corporate development, account portfolio strategy, commercial excellence, and regional transformation acceleration. Before stepping into this internal role, Michaela was a Senior Engagement Manager at Prophet, helping global clients realize uncommon growth. Prior to joining Prophet, she worked as a strategy consultant at Vivaldi_ and BBDO’s Batten & Company.

She’s also active in Prophet’s Y Space Foundation, founded to help foster innovative learning and expression for kids.

Michaela earned her international business degree from EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. She also studied at École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon and James Madison University, Virginia.
