John Kim

John Kim has extensive work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were a Technician at the University of Maryland College Park. In 2012, they worked as a Financial Advisory Intern at AXA Advisors. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Quality Assurance Specialist at ScribeAmerica, and from 2016 to 2017, they were an Executive Compensation Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. John then worked as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from 2017 to 2018, and as a Product Designer and Compensation Analyst at Cvent from 2018 to 2021. Since 2021, they have been a User Experience Designer II at Appian Corporation, and they currently work as a Product Designer at Prophia, Inc.

John Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the University of Maryland between 2010 and 2014. In 2018, they obtained a User Experience Circuit certification from General Assembly. In 2019, they obtained a Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design certification from IDEO.org.
